Steps to becoming a small group leader.
1) All Small Group Leaders have to go through What’s Next Class.
2) Sit under an assigned current Small Group Leader for one semester (season).
3) Watch our Small Group Video Modules and read through what it means to be a small group leader; how to lead small groups; how to deal with confrontation; and resources that are available to you.
4) Fill out Small Group Leader Interest form.
