Steps to becoming a small group leader.

1) Sit under an assigned current Small Group Leader for one semester (season).

2) Watch our Small Group Video Modules and read through what it means to be a small group leader; how to lead small groups; how to deal with confrontation; and resources that are available to you.

3) Fill out Small Group Leader Interest form.

4) Attend Small Group Leader Training—July 23rd, 7p (Location: Awaken)
